The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, through the
Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG), has
introduced IGMS 2.0, a revamped Public Grievance portal, and an Automated
Analysis Tree Dashboard portal.
IGMS 2.0 Public Grievance Portal: IGMS 2.0, or the Intelligent Grievance
Monitoring System 2.0, is an AI-powered platform designed to improve the
efficiency of the public grievance resolution process.
Implementing Entity: DARPG in collaboration with IIT Kanpur
Objectives:
Provide real-time tabular analysis of filed and resolved grievances.
Present data on grievances filed at the state and district levels.
Offer ministry-specific grievance data.
Enhance grievance resolution through the integration of AI capabilities.
Key Highlights:
IGMS 2.0 is an upgraded version of DARPG's CPGRAMS portal, incorporating
advanced AI functionalities.
About CPGRAMS:
CPGRAMS, an always-accessible online platform, lets citizens file
service-related complaints. It links all Indian Ministries, Departments, and
States, with role-based access. Users can track complaints with a unique ID
and appeal if unsatisfied.
CPGRAMS gets about 20 lakh grievances yearly and now supports 22
scheduled languages. Special Campaign 3.0 efficiently utilizes office space
and promotes eOffice practices.
